How do I start a return?

  • Enter your order and zip code to view your order details. 

  • Select the item you wish to return (please note, items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return)

  • Choose your reason for the return and answer a few questions to help us improve.

  • Make your selection from our available return options and download your return label.

  • Finally, simply attach the return label to your package and send it back to us.

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: For orders placed after October 31st, we’ve extended the return window to January 31st, giving gift-givers and recipients more flexibility this season!

  • We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.

  • Please note that items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: Yes, we offer exchanges! Simply choose the size or item you’d like during the return process, and we’ll take care of the rest to make the process quick and easy.

Try our Instant Exchange! Simply provide your card details to create your exchange order instantly. A temporary hold for the item's value will be placed on your card, allowing us to send your new item right away—no need to wait for the original item to be returned first. Once we see tracking updates for your return, the hold on your card will be released.

Q: How long does it take to process my return?

A: Your return will be processed as soon as we see tracking movement, confirming the item is on its way back to us. At that point, your refund or exchange order will be initiated.

Q: Will I lose my promotion if I return an item?

A: If you return an item that you used a promo code on, the promo code will no longer be valid, and you won’t be able to use it again.

 However, if you choose to exchange the item instead, the promo code will be applied to the exchange, so you can still benefit from the discount.

Q: I forgot to apply for my promo code, what do I do?

A: Please contact us with your order number and the promo code you were wanting to use and we will be happy to help.

Q: My promo code is not working?

A: Only one promo code can be applied per order. 

If the code you are trying to use is not applying, please check that the promotional offer hasn’t expired. Any further questions please feel free to contact us. 

Q: Do you offer a discount off your first order?

A:  Yes! We’d love to keep you updated on our latest news and exclusive promotional offers. As a thank you for signing up, you’ll receive a code for 20% off your first purchase, which will be emailed or texted to you after you sign up.

Q: I haven't received a confirmation email

A: Please check your spam folder first, as emails can sometimes end up there. If it's not there, contact us with your order number, and we'll be happy to assist you!

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

A: If you haven’t placed an order yet, remove items from your cart by clicking the trash can icon next to the product you don’t want.

 If you have placed an order, please contact us with your order number, and we will be happy to help. We will need to check the status of your order first, as it might already be on its way.  In that case, you can follow our normal returns process once the order arrives.

A:  Yes, we do have sample sales! They are held biannually at our office location in Apex, NC. Stay tuned for updates on our next sale!

A: Don’t panic! Check your tracking information in your order confirmation email to see where your package is. If it’s taking longer than the expected delivery time, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

Q: Will you get products back in stock if they are sold out online?

A: Our products are created in limited, exclusive quantities, so if an item is out of stock, it’s unlikely to return. However, if it does, it will be restocked online—so be sure to check back!

Q: How do I change my delivery address?

A: Please contact us with your order number and we would be happy to help you!
