Holiday Shipping + Returns

Holiday Shipping Deadlines for Christmas Delivery:
  • Standard Shipping: Order by 2 pm on Tuesday, December 17th to ensure delivery by Christmas.
  • Expedited Shipping: Order by noon on Friday, December 20th for delivery by Christmas.
Extended Holiday Return Window:
For orders placed after October 31st, we’ve extended the return window to January 31st, giving gift-givers and recipients more flexibility this season!

Shipping 

Mary Square orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Butner, NC. We only ship orders within the United States. Orders may take between 4-6 days to arrive. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Large orders may require additional time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Return & Exchange Policy:

  • We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached
  • For issues with damaged or defective items, please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@marysquare.com.
  • Please note that items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return Shipping Fee:

    • Avoid return shipping fees by opting into an exchange or store credit.
    • We will process your refund, store credit in the form of an e-gift card, or exchange once your return is approved unless you opt in for an instant exchange.

      Available Return Options


      1. Store Credit for MarySquare.com

      • Need some time to decide how to use your store credit? No problem! You'll receive your credit as soon as the carrier processes your original order in the form of an e-gift card.
      • An additional $5.00 credit will be added to your e-gift card.

      2. Exchange

      • Need a different size? You can easily exchange your item for the right fit. Just select the size you need, and we’ll handle the rest to ensure a smooth exchange process

      3. Instant Exchange

      • Choose to make your exchange instant. Our Instant Exchange process makes exchanges quick and easy. When you request an Instant Exchange, simply provide your card information to create your exchange order right away. A hold of the value of the items being returned will be placed on your card during this process. This allows us to process your new item immediately, ensuring a smooth and fast exchange experience!

      4. Refund

      • Receive a refund to your original payment method once you have shipped your item back to us. A handling fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.

      5. "Shop Now" In Our Return Portal, Powered by Loop

      • With our Shop Now feature, you can instantly use your return as store credit and receive an extra $5 bonus credit!

      Here’s how it works:

        • Select "Shop Now": When processing your return, choose the "Shop Now" option to get instant store credit for the value of your return + $5.
        • Start Shopping Right Away: Once you select "Shop Now," you can use your credit immediately to purchase new items—no need to wait for your return to be processed!
        • Security Hold: Please note, a hold for the value of the returned item may be placed on your card until we receive and approve your return. Once approved, the hold will be released.
        • Enjoy shopping without the wait!

      Starting a Return:

      • Click here to begin your return.
      • Enter your order and zip code to view your order details. 
      • Select the item you wish to return (please note, items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return)
      • Choose your reason for the return and answer a few questions to help us improve.
      • Make your selection from our available return options and download your return label.
      • Finally, simply attach the return label to your package and send it back to us.
